Game 10: Back to being back on track

Ah, this is more like it! It was another rainy day, the kind that make us a better team somehow. Aside from Alisha getting smacked with a bat, the game started like many others recently-- light hitting, errors here and there, and decent play all around. In the 5th inning we found ourselves in another close game. This time our defense stood strong, making several sparkling plays in the field to shut down P.O.D. in the final three innings and preserve the win. All were smiles, too, as we headed off to Mr. Joe's for cheap meat and free-flowing beer.
